Abstract

PT. MNM is a company operating in West Kalimantan that focuses on processing palm oil products. One of the challenges faced by PT. MNM is the impact of certain supply chain processes that cause environmental pollution. Therefore, there is an urgent need to formulate several indicators for Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and evaluate GSCM performance measured during supply chain development. This assessment aims to analyse the effectiveness of GSCM in the current period. This study uses the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (GSCOR) together with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the analysis. The results of this study reveal the performance benchmarks of PT MNM's GSCM. A total of 17 relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) have been compiled, including 6 KPIs related to Green Procurement, 7 KPIs related to Green Manufacturing, 3 KPIs focused on Green Distribution, and 1 KPI related to Reverse Logistics. Overall, the company's GSCM performance was rated at 79.54%, indicating that its GSCM function is running effectively. However, there are 4 KPIs that require urgent improvement: energy consumption of 0.77%, machine breakdown frequency of 2.65%, defect rate of 14.24% (classified as "Poor"), and water usage metric of 45.13% (classified as "Marginal").
